Women of Courage
"When you empower a woman, you lift up families, you lift up communities, you lift up economies – and you lift up the world". Empowered women possess the strength and confidence to create a chain reaction of support, proving that "empowered women, empower women". At Endless we firmly believe that when women are given access to knowledge, support, adequate resources and safe spaces with their communities, their possibilities are Endless. We support the women in our community through leadership, personal development and personal support programs.

Endless Possibilities Leadership Program
Make this decade of your life a defining one.
This program is for young adult women aged 18-35 who are entering a more rigorous, demanding and potentially stressful time in their lives as they navigate career beginnings, finding themselves, exploring relationships and just plain survival.
Sound like you? Join women who are on similar paths and grow alongside them.
Our services include career counselling, peer mentorship groups, book clubs, relationship counselling, financial planning, our ‘High Tea’ formal event and around-the-clock support for anyone struggling with mental illness or domestic violence.
We've got you covered.
In January 2022, Endless created opportunities for 4 Interns from York University to work alongside our organization’s team members and gain working experience in project planning and community building. We are excited to support our young students and are eager to build on the ideas they will bring to Endless and encourage their leadership through new supportive programming in 2026 and beyond.
'Womens' Courage' Safe-at-Home Program

You are strong but you do not need to be strong alone.
Our Safe-at-Home Program is for single mothers and women in need of support.
In this program and service, we support single mothers, widows and any woman who is going through financial, emotional, mental difficulties, anxiety and fear with a special focus on survivors of gender-based violence. This program is set up to create a comfortable space in which women feel safe and comfortable enough to speak up about the struggles and difficulties they may be facing.
Through the organization, these women in need are offered free counselling, access to a buddy program, sponsorships and friends with similar stories.
To date, we’ve supported over 100 Single mothers from diverse backgrounds within our communities with gift cards to assist them and their children with groceries, as well as access to consistent counselling. In the future, we would like to expand in developing a resource centre for women located near our main office. Our expansive 'House of Courage' project is currently underway.
