About Us 1 - Endless.jpeg

Endless Possibilities Leadership Program

You can stop watching ‘How to Glow-Up in Your 20s’ videos on YouTube, we’ve got the recipe down pat.

This program is for young adult women aged 18-35 who are entering a more rigorous, demanding and potentially stressful time in their lives as they navigate career beginnings, finding themselves, exploring relationships and just plain survival.

Sound like you? Join women who are on similar paths and grow alongside them.

Our services include Netflix, (Vent) and Chill sessions, career counselling, relationship counselling, our ‘Brunch with the Girls’ event and around-the-clock support for anyone struggling with mental illness.

We got you.

In January 2022, Endless created opportunities for 4 Interns from York University to work alongside our organization’s team members and gain working experience in project planning and community building. We are excited to support our young students and are eager to build on the ideas they will bring to Endless and encourage their leadership.

Showcasing Young Women & Girls in Leadership

At each of our events and programs, we prioritize providing young women in our communities with the platforms to speak, share and help organize their communities. We ask for their input when constructing and hosting future programs so that we may expand our reach and pave the way for our younger generations.

Over the past 20 years we have inspired many Canadian students and young leaders to reach their full potential. Through our partnerships with York University and the University of Toronto, we have offered more than 30 students internship and volunteer opportunities to have hands on experience in their field of study.

Many of these students have gone on to thrive in their careers with 2 of them starting and running their own non-profits and businesses. Our program currently hosts 4 Centennial College students on an internship basis.

Seniors' Circle

At Endless, we support our community's seniors who often find themselves alone after their adult children move away from home.

With many of the seniors we serve coming from immigrant communities and having worked low-paying jobs, the seniors face poverty, loneliness, illness, anxiety and fear.

We continue to provide visitation, help our seniors with laundry, pick up medication and conduct virtual exercises to bring our seniors together and listen to their stories. Our goal is to promote and encourage intergenerational connections.

In it's first year (2021), our Seniors Program supported 50 seniors with gift cards, personal visits and social outings to engage them with other members of their community. Additionally, we created a mentorship program that connects retired professional seniors with young girls seeking mentorship in their professional fields of interest. In the future, we will devote more resources to the mentorship program and crowdfund for larger excursions!

Girls of Endless Possibilities Program

It’s important to teach our girls that their possibilities are Endless.

Knowing this, we constructed a program that focuses on unity among girls, the power that comes with being a girl, and using passion to fulfill potential.

This program focuses on girls between the ages of 9-17 years old.  We create age-appropriate workshops, games and group activities such as reading clubs, friendship circles, virtual meetings and mentorship sessions to accommodate and support our youth.

We also have a program that provides menstrual materials for young girls who come from low-income households. We are aware of Period Poverty in the community we serve.  To alleviate the monthly stressors on mothers, we make it a point to support young girls in need with organic sanitary pads, pain relievers and panty liners.

'Womens' Courage' Safe-at-Home Program

You are strong but you do not need to be strong alone.

Our Safe-at-Home Program is for single mothers and women in need of support.

In this program and service, we support single mothers, widows and any woman who is going through financial, emotional, mental difficulties, anxiety and fear with a special focus on survivors of gender-based violence. This program is set up to create a comfortable space in which women feel safe and comfortable enough to speak up about the struggles and difficulties they may be facing.

Through the organization, these women in need are offered free counselling, access to a buddy program, sponsorships and friends with similar stories.

To date, we’ve supported over 100 Single mothers from diverse backgrounds within our communities with gift cards to assist them and their children with groceries, as well as access to consistent counselling. In the future, we would like to expand in developing a resource centre for women located near our main office. Our expansive 'House of Courage' project is currently underway.
