ENDLESS Youth Mentorship & Leadership Program
Building Tomorrow with Today's Youth
Our mission at Endless Posssibilities is to create spaces where community members can learn from one another. The youth who participate in our programs are able to not only connect with one another but the young adults, older adultys and seniors that make up their communities. In tthis way, we facilitate intergenerational mentorship and use the resources that we can share today to empower our youth to build a better tomorrow.
Partnering with the Boys and Girls Club of Scarborough
We were thrilled to see a great turnout, as we had the opportunity to help the youth in the Scarborough community express new ideas through art, and provided them a platform to enhance their public speaking skills and build confidence. The youth participants enjoyed a series of collaborative group experiences that were designed to build on their teamwork and leadership abilities.
Our Endless Possibilities Girls Leadership and Mentorship Program aims to empower young women and girls to take up leadership roles in society by pairing them with mentors from diverse professions, organizations and communities. Our recent 8-week program held in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of East Scarborough and Kiwanis Club of SCarborough was a resounding success. Group discussions focused on various topics including mental health care, healthy relationships, higher education and career pathways, financial literacy, goal setting and much more!
This ongoing program is a joint effort between the Endless Possibilities and Hope Development Organization and the Boys and Girls Club of Scarborough. This effort is made possible by the supportive sponsorship of the Peter Gilgan Foundation and Toronto Community Foundation alongside our wonderful volunteers.
When we invest in our youth, we invest in better outcomes.
We want to encourage youth to use their voices and build on their skills so that they can believe in the strength of their impact. Inspired by our vision to empower people of all ages, we consult the youth in our community on how to provide them with the resources that help them build better outcomes for brighter futures. We co-design our initiatives so that our young participants take ownership in and feel connected to the work that we do.

Showcasing Young Women & Girls in Leadership
At each of our events and programs, we prioritize providing young women in our communities with the platforms to speak, share and help organize their communities. We ask for their input when constructing and hosting future programs so that we may expand our reach and pave the way for our younger generations.
Over the past 20 years we have inspired many Canadian students and young leaders to reach their full potential. Through our partnerships with York University and the University of Toronto, we have offered more than 30 students internship and volunteer opportunities to have hands on experience in their field of study.
Many of these students have gone on to thrive in their careers with 2 of them starting and running their own non-profits and businesses. Our program currently hosts 4 Centennial College students on an internship basis.
